Nintendo has released a new patch for 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,' which should make the gaming experience on Switch far better.
The company did not offer helpful information about the exact tweaks that they did on the game's latest patch, simply saying that 'adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.'
'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' players, however, noticed that after the patch, there is an obvious improvement on the frame rate when the game on a docked Switch.
Players know very well that when docked, the Nintendo console tend to struggle with the shift in resolution and frame rate of the game.
This appears to have been rectified in the latest 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' patch with one Reddit user saying that the frame rate is now consistent in parts of the game where it was not.
He points out, however, that not everything has been fixed. 'It seems that there are still specific areas that tank your frames,' the Redditor noted, with the first cliff at the plateau and Kakariko as examples.
'But I've never had that stable FPS during combat while randomly out in the world,' he said, pointing out that the 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' patch still did wonders overall.
This patch is only the second one released for 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' since its release. The first one was rolled out immediately after its launch wherein the Nintendo eShop was made accessible to gamers.
This patch also promised improved gameplay experience. This new one appears to do the same and will make fans who like to play the game on a docked Nintendo Switch very happy.
