You can enjoy the game in Japanese audio with English subtitles. Chinese, Korean, and Japanese text is also available. A Brand-New Story from the Series’ Author, Kinoko Nasu. One of the most notable things about Fate/Stay Night is the overall presentation. This is not exactly what you would call a “new” game and I feel that this is one of the first visual novel style games to really go all-in with its visual style. Seriously this is a wonderful looking story that is brought to life with some truly breathtaking art.

Fate/stay night is an adultvisual novel developed by Type-Moon.
The game is the first installment of the Fate series of the Nasuverse. It was originally released in Japan on January 30, 2004 with its First Print Limited Edition release, followed by a standard edition that was released on March 26 the same year. The game later received subsequent re-releases on PlayStation 2, PC, Vita, iOS, and Android as Fate/stay night (Réalta Nua), which removed the adult content from the original game, thus changing some story scenes to reflect on these changes, but featured new content that was exclusive to the PlayStation 2 version until its 2011 PC version. The original 2004 game was re-released along with its sequel, Fate/hollow ataraxia, as part of the Fate/stay night＋hollow ataraxia Set for the series' 10th anniversary in 2014 and was reprinted in 2019.
Despite this game not being released outside of Japan, a fan-made English patch by visual novel translation group mirror moon is available.

Uncensor Mod[edit]
- The sex scenes are censored in the original Fate/stay night. Thorny Rose Studios has created a mod designed to work with mirror moon's English translation patch that removes the mosaic censorship of the game's sex scenes.
- This mod includes a folder containing a comparison of the censored and decensored versions of game's sex scenes, however, some scene in comparisons contain spoilers, so view them at your own discretion.

How Install the voice Patch ?
You need the PS2 Iso of Fate/Stay Night ~ Realta Nua with the english setup installer (the voice patch need 1 hours to be installed !) and the PS2 iso need to be open in a virtual cd
How setup Fate Stay Night (With voice patch and uncensored) on W10 :
Extract .mdf and rename .iso (W10 have a native support to root iso without soft)
Take a PS2 iso and root it too
Lunch english Mirror moon's setup and add voice patch option
Select your game's folder
Install game
(Wait 1 hour...)
Congratulation you can play with Fate English.exe (or something like that)
You want to play with uncensored mode (unofficial, it s a fan's photoshopping)

There are my way to install game.
1. Change .7z to ISO.
2. Unpack ISO archive.
3. Mount mdf/mds with something like daemon tools to virtual disc
4. DO NOT INSTALL game from disc, you'll fail anyway, just copy setup dir to your games directory. Rename setup to Fate, if you wish.
5. Install English patch at this directory.
6. Run Fate.exe to play.

File needs to be renamed to .ISO file extension, but is a valid ISO format file.
Installation is not in English and errors out while looking for a text file late in the installation. Full instructions install instructions, or (I assume) Japanese language packs for your operating system and fluency in the language required.
